 Delivery time & price

The delivery price varies depending on the amount of the order and the destination, it is free from a certain amount and depending on the delivery address, you can consult the details by destination here. Delivery times differ according to the carrier, the region, the country of delivery and their customs specificities.
In optimal delivery conditions the delivery times after shipment are:
- 48H working days for France;
- 72H working days for the United Kingdom, the United States, Switzerland and Europe, and from 24H working days for express delivery;
- 2 to 6 working days for countries outside Europe and not listed above.

The customer will be responsible for customs and other import taxes in force in the country of delivery, excepted for United Kingdom.

Tax & duties for United Kingdom are paid by Anne Semonin, customer will not be charged at the delivery.

Returns

The consumer has a right of return of fourteen days from receipt of his order to return any item that does not suit him and request the exchange or refund except for the return costs which remain at his expense. The right of withdrawal can be exercised with our customer service directly from our website in the "Contact" section.

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete so that they can be remarketed as new. Any product opened or damaged by the consumer will not be taken back.
